Acted as Commissioner in enquiries in terms of s 417 of the Companies Act, 1973.
Sits as sole arbitrator and part of a panel member of appeal arbitrators on various occasions in commercial arbitrations. She was also one of two members of a domestic commission of enquiry initiated by an institution of higher learning and was one of three advisors to the province of KwaZulu-Natal regarding the provincial constitution.
Has acted as judge in the Pietermartizburg and Durban High Court since taking silk in 2010 and continues to do so.
